A lot of our users are here, and are happy to help you with your problems. I have come up with a little online tutorial to help you find your answer faster then just posting a topic, and getting made fun of because your question has already been answered.

Step one!
The first step of getting any kind of technical support is figuring out the problem. So take note of things that happen or what happens.

Step two!
Use the search button! A lot of time, you are not the only one that has this problem. If you use the search button, you can most likely find what your looking for before you post.

Step three!
CHECK THE PINNED TOPICS! Some answers happen to a lot of people, so we create tutorials to help you out.

Step four!
This is the final step to getting your question answered, and it should be the last resort. Post a topic, but post it in the right section. There are two different support sections. The Download Support section (Located Here), and the Game Support Section (Located Here) . Use these section accordingly. Also, when posts follow the user guidelines (Located Here).
