Hi,im new so i dont know that much stuff about RBO is the american version even out yet???if so then plz tell me what the websites called...

Welcome to the board...

Regarding English / American RBO, officially there is no English version...
Even if U passing by an English installer, it's only the installer which is in English...
The installed game itself is in Japanese...

However, there is a few tries to translate it somehow...
