We have been working on skins and have found one that some what fits our current portal style. We will soon be editing images to match the skins, right now it is in beta stage with no ads placed on it. If you would like to preview the RBO 2.0 (BETA) Skin, scroll down to the bottom of this page and use the skin selector to select the new beta skin. A image will follow this post showing where the image selector is located at. If anyone is interested in helping with the making of new icons and such for the forums, and you are good with Photoshop please PM me.

It would be nice if you could announce what kind of icons you want to everyone. I'm not good with Photoshop, but I like to test stuffs around and improve them. You could just choose whichever you like best afterwards.

BTW, when it's final, I think we should make it the only skin usable...
Some color won't look good in another skin...
For example, the "Member", "Moderator" and "Admin" sign below the avatar is yellow colored from the earlier board skin...
It doesn't match with any of the current one...

Agreed, if I knew some more photoshoping I would do it. I will try to get a hold of you next time I see you on Yahoo! messenger. Also, what I was thinking is trying to integrate some characters into the post and new topic buttons.

Which size do the icons have to be, and in which format? o_o

I believe it's like the current "Reply", "Quote", "New Topic" icon size, or bigger a bit than that...
[vertical size is flexible, while the width shouldn't be too big]
And about format, I believe GIF or 8-bit PNG works just fine [the default one is GIF]...
