Well hello there.
The first thing you might want to do is get the translation patch from the Torrent Downloads section (don't worry, its not a torrent) along with expansion 3 if you haven't already.
Then you might want to play a mage, I assume. In this case you should head over to the Mage forums called Natural Powers.
