hi i've just started here so im quite not sure what RBO is? is this an offline RO game where you can tweak some of the gameplay or something? ... like vidar for example?

I wouldnt really compare it to RO as much. Its a 2D type game, sorta similar to games such as Melty Blood, with map traveling.
Its basicly leveling up ur character and beating stages. It uses 2D style 8-way movement. It has same classes, skills, and stats from RO tho.
