Well... sort of... not really.
I have gotton 12:XX on Geffen Dungeon with him, but its not really worth noticing.
And yes... I do like swordies. After revising my best times for male I'm gonna work on female.

Nov 20 2007, 09:40 PM
Well good luck..

After getting all the best times why not create swordie combos that are more amazing than wan_kelvin's..

Yah.. I know you've been using PacNYX.. Do you have the new version?
So the new version is up already?? I'll get it when I get the chance to.

I'm going for different combos instead of 'better'. Since Doppleganger releases different animations when hitting, I will have to be fairly original for things to go out well.
Besides, I never said that I would make it yet...

(No great program to work with... Windows Movie Maker... UN-registered HyperCam...)
kaizer12
Nov 21 2007, 08:49 PM
You can still make the combo by using save replay.. But we won't see doppel.. Just a swordie doing wierd moves.. lol.. Hmm.. Maybe it will look good..
CyraxZ
Nov 22 2007, 12:40 AM
I repeat... I am making a VIDEO of
Doppleganger... not simply sharing the replay, but editing as well. Like Wan Kelvin, I wish to create a
collage of scenes featuring Doppleganger. I have some parts right now, but I am not done collecting. And I also require music for the video, please tell me if you have any good suggestions.
CyraxZ
Nov 22 2007, 09:30 PM
I've been having troubles finding a decent song.
So I need a
opinion: Should I stick with the doppleganger theme song
or should I pick an original song?
solomaster
Nov 22 2007, 10:12 PM
Id go with original... Depends how long youre planning this to be.
CyraxZ
Nov 23 2007, 01:24 AM
I'd prefer an original song too, but its hard to find a one thats suits the concept of the movie. I think a part-rock song would work best. So I've already tried using Siam Shade's work, but I found that the most suitable piece they had was Never End, which is already used by Wan Kelvin...
And several english rock songs were a bit odd... if you remember a few. For some reason the english rock bands sound different than the j-rock bands, disregarding the langauge.
As for video length, I'm aiming for a 4-5 minute clip.
solomaster
Nov 23 2007, 01:29 AM
Lol. True.
I havnt willingly listened to an English rock song for a while though.
Four to five... Hmmm... Time to see what songs would sound decent...
CyraxZ
Nov 23 2007, 01:52 AM
Sigh... if only typing "rock music" on google would get you where you want.

But then you see a ton of advertisements and such.
solomaster
Nov 23 2007, 02:21 AM
The only two ive thought of so far that would be somewhat decent are...
Day-Break (J)
and
Starchild (My edit(little over 6 minutes. Edit furthur if needed))
Thats one J and one English... Ill see what else would be decent later.
CyraxZ
Nov 23 2007, 03:27 AM
Can you give the author of the two songs?
I found about 3 songs with the name of Day-Break, but I believe the one you are refering to is made by Ayumi?
As for Starchild, it is made by Wintersun, correct?

If so, do agree that the song is fairly good, but parts of the song have a tone that doesnt go along with what I am planning with.
However, thier 'Death and the Healing' piece is nice. Then again, I'll run out of combos to place in the video with such a repetative song.
CyraxZ
Nov 23 2007, 03:16 PM
I got a little annoyed and looked around the forums a bit... but then I found the Crow's Claw album, and found that their 'Never Hope' song was suitable for the movie

. Though it is not original, it isn't exactly the same as the DoppleGanger theme song either, more like a remix

.
Would it seem O.K if I used that piece for the clip?
EDIT: I will most likely make the video with the song, 'Noesis', by Gackt. DOUBLE EDIT: I have adjusted the video to fit with 'Nightmare' by Raison D Etre, thanks to F3rdl's suggestion.
CyraxZ
Nov 29 2007, 01:25 AM
I have gathered the majority of the scenes that I require, but I need to redo several pieces due to lack of decent frame rate or smooth performance.

I had only recently cleaned up my computer to allow quicker processing (recording).

Though I may also be running out of ideas for
combos for Doppleganger... If anyone knows a interesting combo, please inform me.

Lol. Every time i see somebody playing doppel, i just wonder, why did FB put all those moves that the real doppel doesnt even use at all. Its almost as if they somehow predicted the coming of PACNyx and the monster character thing. o.O

Could you specify what you mean by FB?

I suppose you mean either the 'heal' or 'nightmare' move.

Oh... I thought you meant: 'what we aren't able to do that the computerized Dopple can'...

. Anywho, its probably because they laid out all the moves before they planned out what Doppleganger would really use when he was created.

Gowsh!

All we ever did was look at houses... and more houses... and even more houses... (Investing...)

. Now I remember why I hate traveling.
kaizer12
Jan 9 2008, 10:05 AM
lol.. You've been gone quite a while.. Looks like it was a little boring.. Well I like travelling because it is fun.. Lol.. I once went out riding my bicycle and went to a veeeeeeeeeery faaaaaaaaaar place.. And I didn't have any strength left to pedal back home.. And guess what.. I don't have any money for transportation and any cellphone.. Now going back home was a great adventure..
CyraxZ
Jan 9 2008, 07:47 PM
Angry at your parents?
kaizer12
Jan 10 2008, 12:08 AM
lol.. Nope.. I'll have many travelling stories.. About getting lost, finding a beautiful place, finding not so beautiful places, getting chased by a dog, getting chased by dogs, racing against a car with my bicycle, racing with another bicycle, getting a flat tire, returned how with very dirty feet with lots of dust and other wonderful events..
CyraxZ
Jan 10 2008, 06:43 PM
And just how are these wonderful events?

They don't seem all that nice to me. Nor realisic.
kaizer12
Jan 10 2008, 08:24 PM
getting lost
- I got lost when I'm trying to go to this mall to buy a gift.. I tried asking a security guard for directions but he doesn't know.. I eventually found it after I texted a friend for instructions..
Wonderful Part: I bought the gift.. We are both happy..
- I got lost finding a company and spent hours walking and asking for directions..
Wonderful Part: I got there on time and was hired for OJT..
finding a beautiful place
- I was on my bicycle and ventured of and found fields, rivers, and even the ocean..
Wonderful Part: The places I saw were really beautiful..
finding not so beautiful places
- Well I didn't find any..
Wonderful Part: The travelling part was fun..
getting chased by a dog
- Damn that scheming, murderous and traitor dor..
Wonderful Part: I escaped and it didn't bite me..
getting chased by dogs
- same as above..
Wonderful Part: Same as above..
racing against a car with my bicycle
- I was bored..
Wonderful Part: I almost won.. But then again he cheated because he was using his engine..
racing with another bicycle
- I was going home one night and I was nearing this guy in his bicycle and when he saw me he speeds up.. I accepted his challenge and went after him.. After a while I thought that it was stupid and an accident might happen (it was dark and we have no lights) so I slowed down and let him have the glory..
Wonderful Part: No one got hurt..
getting a flat tire
- I was riding my bike and I got a flat tire..
Wonderful Part: I was near home..
returned home with very dirty feet with lots of dust
- I walked with no destination in mind.. I went to many different places..
Wonderful Part: I managed to return home.. I ate some spaghetti, had a bath and went to sleep because I was so tired..

@Kaizer~ I wouldn't consider that 'avoiding the negative' is a wonderful thing.

Wonderful things always relate to positive topics!

Though its hard to tell whether missing a day of school is bad or not...

@Darsk~ Are you exaggerating about that last part? Cause it is possible with all the glitchs/malfunctions we have these days... or he got frustrated and clicked it 10 times.
kaizer12
Jan 11 2008, 11:54 AM
@Pigucha: I don't remember getting the 10x gay browser.. But I do remember one time I clicked the post button multiple times..
@CyrazX: Everyone of us has different opinions on what is wonderful and what is not.. And what do you get when you "avoid the negative"? You get a "Positive"..
Lord
Jan 11 2008, 02:56 PM
Yeah, like:
Falling of the stairs:
Never happened to me but, you may brake a arm and bleed lots.
Wonderfull thing: you will be interned and will eat hospital food

A car passing over you:
You may die or enter coma.
Wornderfull thing(if you don't die): You dinin't die!
Wonderfull thing(if you die): All your money and stuff will go to your closest familiar.
Wonderfull Thing (if you do not have familiars): your things will be donated o some poor people.
CyraxZ
Jan 11 2008, 07:04 PM
@Kaizer: Not necessarily, its either you get positive, or you get neutral (go back to your original state). I'm saying you get that neutral outcome when you miss out on something that might have a bad effect.
@Lord: I don't I want to give away my money when I die.

Yet they will be mean and take it from me anyways...
kaizer12
Jan 12 2008, 09:54 AM
Well I'm an optimistic person and I see what is beyond me rather than what is in front.. I see what others may see rather than what I may see in others.. Or something like that.. lol..
CyraxZ
Jan 12 2008, 09:47 PM
Your point?
kaizer12
Jan 12 2008, 10:33 PM
I see things as positive..
CyraxZ
Jan 13 2008, 02:06 PM
Yes... you see what others may see instead of what you see directly... yet what I say is that the outcome is neutral.
kaizer12
Jan 13 2008, 09:24 PM
Well so it means that it doesn't have any good or bad effects because it is neutral? In my opinion of what a neutral outcome is..
You were chased by a dog..
Good: You escaped
Neutral: You are still being chased
Bad: You got bitten
