First or last i guess, since the second can be "accidentally" turned into a flaming thing if you add in real people.

Votes are cast by regular members or the RBO forums team? IMO, it may be better to leave the judging to the Admins or/and Moderators as creating new account to vote are fairly easy.

That would make sense, but then less people would be voting. We only have about maybe six of us still alive around here. Some barely.

it s about get the sources using the sprites backgrounds of rbo to make pics by yourself or even a gif animated.
about the screenshot you can take the pose of a char moster or what you look and work on it.
