I believe you are referring to the game start-up, correct?

If so, it is very complicated to place a loading bar on the start-up screen because RBO was not built with it officially. We are not the makers of RBO, so we cannot modify the start-screen until further examinations (on the game) are made.

btw the 2 problem i have is after i complet a stage i need to restart the whole game to continue the stage

We have an English patch but it only works on EX3..

About the black screen..

Set your configurations to the lowest and with no sound..
If it still doesn't work update your drivers or DirectX..

I've never really noticed how the configuration changed anything; even when I turn the graphics from low to high, it's still the same quality.

I think lower quality eats up little resources.. This lowers memory consumption and allocation.. Blah.. Blah.. Techy stuff.. Maybe your video card is so good that you didn't even noticed the changes..

Yeah, also with mines. I only notice some difference when I change the fps (duh).

I set the lowest settings, 30 fps, low quality, ect

It still freezes into black screen whenever a stage is completed and/or just going into char selection

Well you could buy some new hardware and upgrade your memory and video card..

If it's the black screen problem that can be fixed by disabling sounds in RBO config, try to change this.

Start Menu > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Device Properties > [Speaker settings] Advanced > "Performance" tab > set the "Hardware Acceleration" to "None".

Then try to set your RBO sound on again afterwards. Wish you luck.

Because HD doesn't interfeere with that. RAM memory does.

Video cards doesn't seem to be much of a problem since RBO requires only 64Mb VRAM and most onboard Video cards are 64Mb.. They are cheap also.. Maybe the problem lies with your RAM since RBO requires 256Mb of system RAM..
