First you need to have a torrent program like BitTorrent or uTorrent.. After you have that you need the torrent files.. You need to open this torrent files using the torrent program.. It will now download the files.. The speed to the download depends on the number of seeders.. More seeders = much faster download.. no seeders = no downloads..

im sry for asking you here again but can u tell me how to i cover the gibberish to japanese? because i did the control panel thingy with the install eastern langauge but it still is gibberish can u tell me how to put it in japanese?

Well you need the japanese language pack installed and your computer's language as japanese.. But seriously you don't need it..

When you play the game it will be in japanese and not gibberish.. And you can install it even without reading what the wizard says.. Assuming that you have already installed some programs before.. It is the same as installing any other program..
